Street dance & hip hop clubs

After-school street dance and hip hop clubs for primary school children — taught in your school hall by a professional choreographer.

The clubs

Three clubs, one crew

Every club runs weekly in the school hall, straight after the last bell. Children are grouped by year so the choreography, music and pace fit them properly.

Minis club

Reception – Year 2

Minis

First steps into street dance. Games, rhythm and simple routines that build confidence fast — and a proper showcase to their friends at the end of term.

Juniors club

Years 3 – 4

Juniors

Where technique kicks in. Isolations, grooves and longer hip hop routines, learned in sections so every child can keep up and own their part.

Crew club

Years 5 – 6

Crew

Full routines, sharper street style and a say in the choreography. The oldest group perform as a crew — and most of them arrive already knowing every word of the track.

Junction Dance class

About us

Dance that meets children where they are

Junction Dance runs street dance and hip hop clubs in primary school halls — no studio to travel to, no kit to buy, no audition. Children walk out of their last lesson and straight into class.

Sessions are led by Mia, a professional choreographer with eight years of teaching children. The music is current and school-appropriate, the technique is real, and every term builds to a performance the whole club takes part in.

01 — Taught properly

A professional choreographer

Not a video routine copied off a screen. Every session is planned, taught and adapted live by a working choreographer who knows how children learn.

02 — No extra journey

In your school hall

Clubs run on site straight after school, so there’s no dash across town. Children are handed over at the hall door and collected at the end.

03 — Straightforward

£5 a session

One price, paid by the half term. No uniform, no exam fees, no membership. Just trainers, water and something comfortable to move in.
